Our daily devotion to worship requires that we do so with the right attitude. Worship is an overflow of what is in our hearts. The Sunday before Christmas, we look at the story of the Angel Gabriel coming to the Virgin Mary to tell her that she would conceive a son. A son, that would conquer death and provide a means of salvation to all that would accept Him as their savior. From the story, we glean how we can worship genuinely at Christmas: marvel at the miraculous, confront the reality of our lives and our condition, and finally, submit wholeheartedly to the Lord.
